Cravo earns major Ontario export award

Ltd. took the gold in the Market Expansion category with this year’s
Global Traders Awards of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the
Government of Ontario.

Nov. 23, 2012, Brantford, Ont. — Greenhouse manufacturer Cravo Equipment Ltd. took the gold in the Market Expansion category with this year’s Global Traders Awards of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Government of Ontario.

“Without a strong team we would not be here. We are at the edge of a major growth spurt and we have become an export-focused company,” said Cravo president Richard Vollebregt.

“This is the sixth year Ontario has partnered with the Chamber to present the Ontario Global Traders Awards,” said Minister of Economic Development and Innovation Brad Duguid. “We are proud to recognize and celebrate outstanding companies that are creating jobs, exploring new markets and driving Ontario’s economic future.”

The Market Expansion Award recognizes a small- to medium-size enterprise that significantly increases export sales and enters new markets, or by overcoming difficult obstacles in order to establish their business within a new market.
