As their flowers open to provide colour and fragrance, flower bulbs add a
delightful sparkle to homes during the festive season. There are so
many kinds and sizes that you can always find just the right ones for
your Christmas theme.

White and silver are colours often used at Christmas because this is a
winter holiday when ice and snow are so prevalent. Many kinds of flower
bulbs in pots are available in white.

Good examples are Ranunculus, hyacinths and tulips. In a nice matching
pot accompanied by white ornaments, they make a pretty picture in a
shallow container.

Soft, lustrous tints of mother-of-pearl against white provide a lovely
look. Christmas tree baubles and Christmas flower bulbs make a wonderful
combination. The magnificent Amaryllis grows up and away in its glass
pot. Filling the pot with Christmas tree ornaments lends an extra
holidays touch.

How about decking the whole house in luscious red to create a festive
fashionable look. And the majestic flowers produced by Amaryllis bulbs
make the look complete.

Combined with natural materials like pots made of tree bark, they look
absolutely wonderful on a wooden serving tray. The pots could also be
tied together with decorative red ribbon.

As a finishing touch, place a few red Christmas baubles casually on the serving tray for a luxurious Christmassy look.
