February 2016 — In researching the history of the magazine for our December edition, a celebration of our 35 years of growing with you, I was struck by how receptive the industry has been to change.

Painchaud is president and CEO of the Painchaud Performance Group, which has clients across Canada. She grew up on a grain farm in Manitoba and recognized at an early age that farmres struggled to find and keep talent, high-performing employees.
