
Ball Seed’s online ordering and tracking system, Webtrack, may be experiencing technical difficulties, but they haven’t stopped taking orders.
“Ball Seed is still open for business, just in a more manual way,” says Katie Rotella, senior marketing and communications manager at Ball Horticultural Company. “Our customer service is taking orders via phone and email to our sales representatives.” Orders placed before Sunday were shipped as planned, and they continue to ship this week. “Our IT teams will alert customers once our system is at full functionality.”
Webtrack’s system outage occurred Sunday afternoon and has continued through Tuesday morning, Eastern Standard Time.
