June 14, 2011 West Chicago, IL — Ball Seed Customer Day is the largest event of its kind in North America, and a must-see event each summer.
Set for Friday, July 29, customers of Ball Seed can visit The Gardens at Ball for a full day of activities and festivities. Guests will enjoy over 3,000 varieties from 90 different breeders, including more than 300 new seed and veg intros for 2012.

Highlights this year include tours of the new state-of-the-art Ball Premier Lab, which features eco-friendly construction and efficient mechanical systems. Guests will also take guided and self-guided tours through the expanded evaluation gardens, view presentations from industry experts, and meet with vendors and fellow guests.
“At Ball Seed, we are ‘Focusing on the Future’ and innovating all the way – from efficient means of seed production, to brand-new genetics,” says Jan Patranella, senior director of customer relations. “Customer Day is our way to thank our customers, and inspire them with our offerings.
