May 30, 2008, Langley, B.C. — It’s been a busy spring for Bevo Agro Inc. The B.C.-based propagator was busy filling increased orders from international clients. Because of positive results last year, one U.S. client has increased its order to two million propagated plants, a fivefold increase over last year.

bevo_logoBevo has again been chosen by Costco International as one of the prime suppliers of bedding plants and other floral products to its Washington State stores. Shipments this year will increase by the equivalent of 75 semi-trailer loads.

Bevo Agro is one of North America’s leading suppliers of propagated agricultural plants, growing and distributing vegetable, flower, berry and other plant seedlings to North American growers. Bevo propagates quality seedlings and plants primarily for wholesale vegetable greenhouse growers, field growers and nursery operators from its 34-acre production facility.
