This survey is meant to provide the industry with benchmark data. Not only can it help your own operation identify areas for improvement, it’s also a way for policy makers and industry leaders to pinpoint where they can step in to make your greenhouse operations just a little easier.

So if 100 per cent of 1500 survey respondants say “heating has been their most costly expense hands-down”, then that’s a red flag. But we need enough voices to make a difference.

No matter where you are in Canada, how large your facility or what you grow, this industry snapshot includes you. Even if you work in a 500 sq. ft. facility in Nunavut dedicated to growing catnip – this survey doesn’t judge.
