These products are now available year-round to consumers across North America.

“We're very proud to have these products available for consumers who are growing increasingly conscious of social responsibility,” said CEO Paul Mastronardi.

“As a company that is non-GMO certified and has certified organic facilities, gaining fair trade certification is another important step to make our mission come full circle.”

Corporate social responsibility is an important initiative for Mastronardi Produce/Sunset. They were the first fresh produce company to become non-GMO certified and the first company in North America to receive dual U.S. and Canadian organic certification for their two largest facilities.
