Large crowds drawn to Sawaya Container Trials

July 23, 2015, Simcoe, Ont. — One of North America’s largest container trials attracted one of its largest open house crowds ever yesterday.

Hundreds of growers from across Ontario and Quebec spent hours touring the Sawaya Container Gardening Showcase.

The cooler temperatures of the past few weeks resulted in some smaller plants, but overall quality was excellent.

The trials are hosting tours by Ontario members of the Garden Writers Association today.
