Dec. 1, 2015, Ottawa — Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is hosting the 58th Annual Forest Pest Management Forum in Ottawa, today through Thursday.
This annual forum – the largest and most significant of its kind in Canada – brings together forest management experts, managers and practitioners from across Canada and the United States to share their latest research and knowledge.
Presenters include:
• Dr. Robert Lavallée, Research Scientist, Forest Pest Management, Laurentian Forestry Centre (Use of fungus to slow emerald ash borer – Urban Forest Session).
• Rona Sturrock, Research Scientist, Forest Pathology, Pacific Forestry Centre (Forest Diseases and Climate Change – Forest Pests and Climate Change Session).
