Jan. 23, 2012 — Flowers Canada Ontario circulated the following announcement concerning the passing of former executive director Barney Wilson last week.
“Sadly, we have just learned that Barney Wilson has just passed away peacefully at Haliburton Hospital on January 18, 2012 in his 90th year. Many of you will remember the days when Barney was the executive director of Flowers Canada.
"A memorial service and reception will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 25, at the Haliburton Community Funeral Home.
"Mr. Wilson’s full obituary may be viewed online."
