Sept. 23, 2011, Rivière-du-Loup, Qué. — Premier Tech has acquired the retail sales division of Specialties Robert Legault.
This will enable Premier Tech Home and Garden (PTHG), a business unit of Premier Tech’s Horticulture and Agriculture Group, to add another distribution channel to its current network. PTHG thus broadens its line of horticultural products aimed at the Canadian retail market while increasing its flexibility and distribution capacity.
Premier Tech’s tenth acquisition in 24 months is in line with a structured business approach that aims to continuously improve the company’s commercial offer and strategic positioning through alliances and business integrations.
