New managing director at Keepsake Plants
Sept. 6, 2011, Leamington, Ont. — Keepsake Plants, a division of Aris Horticulture Inc., has hired Rob vanStaalduinen as its new managing director.
 
4335_rob_van_staalduinen_arisHe brings over 20 years of sales and management experience in the floral and greenhouse industry to his new position, including several years as general manager of Great Lakes Floral in St. Catharines, Ontario. Prior to that, he was with Ontario Flower Growers, last serving as president.
 
With extensive experience in the sales, marketing and distribution of indoor flowering plants, vanStaalduinen will focus on all “behind the scenes” aspects of product quality and customer service, from production planning to expedited ordering. “My job is to set our customers up for success, so that they can order from Keepsake with confidence.”
 
VanStaalduinen earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Lakehead University prior to his career in horticulture. He currently resides in Burlington, Ontario, with his wife, Ingrid, and their three children.
