July 13, 2011, Valladolid, Spain, and Amsterdam, the Netherlands – Indal has announced it has entered into an agreement to be integrated with Royal Philips Electronics.
Indal is a leading Spanish professional luminaires company focused on outdoor lighting solutions. The transaction will fuel further development in the professional lighting solutions and create a platform for growth in the European market. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
