Nov. 29, 2010 – Berger Peat Moss, an ISO 9001 certified business since 1996, can now display a new certification for the management of their peat harvesting sites, VeriFlora® – Responsibly Managed Peatland.

VeriFlora® – Responsibly Managed Peatland certified businesses (www.veriflora.com) are required to comply with specific criteria and their compliance is validated through external audits completed by an independent third party. Certification takes into account the following elements:
