May 2010 – A.M.A. Plastics Ltd. is introducing a new Ellepot™ tray option for growers. The new 72 Deep Tray (standard size is roughly 11 x 21.5") accepts 30 mm x 75 mm Ellepots.
The 76.5 mm deep (3") tray features fluted cell walls for extra strength that also act as a conduit to get air to the bottom of the cell; good drainage; top venting for air circulation; and sturdy construction.
Growers may find this new deep tray useful for any plant varieties that put out a tap root or prefer deep cells, including nursery stock, fruit trees or perennials.
