Collectively, the companies have been in the floral industry for over 70 years and are leading growers, manufacturers and distributors with expansive and high tech greenhouse, distribution and administrative facilities in Jordan Station (near St. Catharines) and Leamington (near Windsor), Ontario and a production greenhouse that’s located in Gaffney, South Carolina.

“Lakeshore and Seacliff Farms will continue to operate independently of each other, except in areas where integration will leverage the combined companies strengths and best practices,” noted a joint news release announcing the plans.

“We are excited about the opportunities this alliance partnership will bring to both companies, our customers and suppliers,” added spokespeople for the two companies.
