More money for biocontrol research
Aug. 13, 2009 — Ontario flower growers are boosting biocontrol research in the province.

The board of directors of Flowers Canada (Ontario) recently presented a cheque for $50,000 to help fund thrip and whitefly research at the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre (VRIC). This is the first installment of a commitment made by floriculture growers in Ontario to fund greenhouse biocontrol research at the centre.
