Oct. 27, 2008 — Industry veteran Randy Lagerwerf will be managing the Canadian sales for AGRIFOAM© and other greenhouse-related products of Syndicate Sales Inc. “Randy’s vast knowledge of the greenhouse industry stems from working in and from providing products to greenhouses from his youth on,” said national sales manager Kelvin Frye. “Many of the products and services he has represented over the years are still utilized in greenhouses across Canada. His experience and knowledge will be a great asset to our team and to the many growers who need expertise and advice.”
Lagerwerf will be the company's main consultant for clients and growers who need information regarding the industry, the grower business, and Syndicate products.
Syndicate Sales is a family-owned and operated company that manufactures and distributes products for both the floral and grower industries.
The company began in 1946 when Del Demaree Sr. introduced a water tube made of translucent plastic with a rubber cap that allowed easy insertion of flower stems. Today, Syndicate Sales is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of over 1,500 items with customers throughout North and South America, and in Europe and Asia.
