Written by COPF
niagara_08_trialsJune 17, 2008, St. Catharines, Ont. — Looking for a sure-fire way to stay ahead of your competition? How about researching exciting new introductions before the major trade shows and well in advance of reports in industry publications. Get a jump on the spring of 2009 now!
Get ready to pack the car or make plane reservations. Even with the crazy price of gas, it will be worth the time and effort to see the Niagara Pack Trials, being held June 25 and 26 in and around St. Catharines. The city is just a short drive from Toronto or Buffalo. The event is free. Find out what is hot and why in retail-like settings in greenhouses. See material from some of the world's top flower breeders all within a few minutes drive of each other in two locations. Spend a few hours in the region, and then plan your spring 2009 crop mix!
For information on hotels and to register, just go to www.copf.org and click on the Niagara Pack Trial button in the banner. There, you’ll find maps and directions, along with suggestions for hotels and other activities. This is a great area to bring the whole family – just minutes from scenic Niagara Falls, unique public gardens and fine dining.
