 Becker Underwood is marketing the patented and proprietary salt management technology of HERC Products Inc. for the turf, horticulture and agriculture markets.
The product has been marketed in
the past under the Line-Out® brand name. Becker Underwood will continue
marketing Line-Out in the horticulture and agricultural markets. It has
been used as a tool to wash mineral deposits (salts and bicarbonates)
from drip, micro-sprinkler and other low-volume irrigation systems. It
also has been used to help prevent mineral scale formation in
irrigation lines. Line-Out will not damage acid-sensitive irrigation
system components, such as the aluminum, brass, copper, mild steel or
plastics used in drip and micro-sprinkler systems.
