Kentucky, attracted 2,132 attendees, a five-per cent increase from 2006.

Kentucky, attracted 2,132 attendees, a five-per cent increase from 2006.
The trade
show included 361 exhibiting firms occupying 494 booths, up from 310 companies
and 420 booths in 2006.
This is the second year for Expo, which is sponsored by the Kentucky Nursery &
Landscape Association (KNLA), the Tennessee Nursery & Landscape Association
(TNLA) and the Southern Nursery Association (SNA).
More than 60 per cent of attendees had buying authority, and 21 per cent of them
were presidents/owners.
Although a wide variety of the industry was represented, the
three largest segments were wholesale growers, independent retailers, and landscape
contractors.
The 2008 edition will take place Jan. 3-4 at the Kentucky Expo Centre in
