| Job Description | Our client Balfour Greenhouses Ltd. located in Fenwick has an immediate need for a full time experienced Grower who will be responsible for managing all the activities of the greenhouse including but not limited to stock management, cutting, watering, fertilizing, disease control, potting, leafing, packing, maintenance, supervising staff, safety, etc. The successful candidate will have a post secondary degree in a related field, a pesticide license and a number of years experience in a Grower position. Experience in potted plant production would be desirable. Salary will be based upon relative experience and competitive within the industry. |
